橡膠加工分析儀RPA2025 是一種集生膠檢測、膠料加工特性檢測、硫化特性檢測、流變特性檢測以及硫化后動態(tài)機(jī)械特性檢測于一體的綜合性檢測設(shè)備，利用模腔振蕩頻率、剪切應(yīng)變和試驗(yàn)溫度的大范圍變化，通過用戶設(shè)定各種子測試一次測得硫化前的膠料動態(tài)加工性、硫化特性以及硫化后的物理特性。被測材料包括未硫化橡膠、可硫化膠、生膠以及其他熱固性材料，適用于輪胎、橡膠制品、橡膠原材料、石化、軍工以及科研院所等在高分子材料配方研究、新型材料開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)過程控制以及替代傳統(tǒng)檢測設(shè)備領(lǐng)域里的研究與應(yīng)用。
Rubber Processing Analyzer RPA2025 is specially designed for tire industry, rubber part factories, raw materials, petrochemicals, military industry and institutes in polymers and new material R&D, production process control to test rubber raw material, uncured rubber, curable rubber and some thermosetting materials by use of the die cavity with its oscillating frequency, shearing strain and temperature in wide range changing to determine their dynamic properties before cure, curability and physical properties post cure by one piece of rubber sample through sub-tests set by users, which test methods are in complied to ASTM D5289, ASTM D6204 and ASTM D6601, as well as other international standards.
