四川亞西橡塑機器有限公司(原四川亞西機器廠)始建于1942年。1952年收歸國有, 國家二級企業(yè)，直屬四川省機械工業(yè)廳，系機械部在西南、西北地區(qū)定點生產橡膠塑料機械的大型專業(yè)廠家。

四川亞西機器廠于2002年改制更名為四川亞西橡塑機器有限公司，是中國橡膠工業(yè)協(xié)會常務理事單位、廢橡膠綜合利用分會副理事長單位、中國輪胎翻修與循環(huán)利用協(xié)會副會長單位、中國橡膠工業(yè)百強企業(yè)、中國橡膠機械循環(huán)利用裝備研發(fā)基地。擁有員工920人，其中具有中高級職稱的技術、管理人員153人，享有國務院政府特殊津貼的專家3人，部、廳級授予的具有突出貢獻的專家17人。公司注冊資本4912萬元，資產總額3.5億元。占地面積15萬平方米、廠房面積10萬平方米；擁有鑄造、鍛壓、焊接、機械加工、熱處理、裝配等完備的加工設備800多臺，建有CAD技術中心、計量檢測中心、職工培訓中心，和省級“橡膠機械及廢橡膠綜合利用工程技術研究中心”。
