公司位于無錫市北門外西漳鎮(zhèn)，緊靠滬寧高速公路無錫北出口。公司擁有一支集研究、開發(fā)、制造于一體的高素質(zhì)的員工隊(duì)伍，加工裝備精良，測(cè)試手段齊全，主要以制造通用橡膠機(jī)械及輪胎機(jī)械為主。其中通用橡膠機(jī)械包括密煉機(jī)系列；開放式煉膠（塑）機(jī)系列；小型多輥立臥式壓延機(jī)系列；橡膠擠出機(jī)系列；平板硫化機(jī)系列；660-1型單刀切膠機(jī)。輪胎機(jī)械主要有丁基膠內(nèi)胎自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線；丁基膠內(nèi)胎接頭機(jī)；自行車、摩托車外胎彈簧翻包自動(dòng)成型機(jī)；臥式簾布裁斷機(jī)；外胎多層液壓自動(dòng)硫化機(jī)組；液壓自動(dòng)內(nèi)胎雙層硫化機(jī)組；電（氣）動(dòng)單層內(nèi)胎硫化機(jī)；胎面冷卻聯(lián)動(dòng)線；膠片冷卻聯(lián)動(dòng)線等一批檔次高、成套性強(qiáng)的自行車、摩托車胎專用設(shè)備。

Wuxi No.1 Rubber Plastic Machinery Company Ltd., is appointed as the manufacture enterprise for China Chemical Equipment Co. of The Chemical Ministry of China. It is the member of China Chemical Equipment Association and Tyre Branch of China Rubber Industry Association. Located in Xizhang Township of Wuxi City which is closed to Nanjing-Shanghai highway, the company has a high quality work team for RD and manufacture. With well built equipment and laboratory, it is mainly produce general used rubber machinery and tyre machinery. Rubber machinery includes Open Rubber (Plastic) Mixers, Vertical Horizontal Calenders, Rubber extruders, curing presses, 660-1 type rubber cutter. Tyre machinery includes butyle tuber machinery, butyle tube jointer, bick motorcycle tyre building machine, Horizontal fiber cutter, tyre press, hydraulic tube curing press, electric tube curing press, tube surface cooling machine, rubber plate cooling machine etc.

With the reputation of advanced manufacturing technology, strict management and constant creation in the same industry, we have manufactured New type Machine XK-160, 250 Open Rubber (Plastic) Mixer which has (1)passed the examination by the State Chemical Ministry (2) obtained the certificate of State Level Important Scientific Achievement (3)awarded as "High Quality Product" of State Chemical Ministry (4) awarded as "The Second Best Product" by Jiangsu Provincial Chemical Ministry. Its State Patent Number is 89204997.9. The CJD-Y200 Butyle Tube and LLY-B840x380x2 Hydraulic tyre curing machine were awarded as State New Product in 1997, which has been listed into "Jiangsu Provincial Torch Project" and "Jiangsu Provincial Spark Project".
