設(shè)備的制造、配件檢驗、裝配、整機檢驗、空載調(diào)試、帶載調(diào)試，都在阿特钚銳工廠可追溯、數(shù)據(jù)化、高效、可控中進行。每一臺生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備，都將隨帶檢驗記錄、調(diào)試記錄、實測性能參數(shù)等，并有專屬編碼及二維碼，以方便客戶終身跟蹤服務(wù)。
AB同時提供現(xiàn)場的方案勘測、指導(dǎo)調(diào)試、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等周到 而及時的服務(wù)，系統(tǒng)解決用戶問題，保證應(yīng)用體驗。
ATBR Qinhuangdao Technology Co., Ltd.（AB for short） is located in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province, China. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company combines the use requirements of material feeders at home and abroad, through scientific calculation and verification, has developed a self-owned brand of vibration feeders for many years. The products are mainly used in mines, building materials, environmental protection, glass, chemical industry, rubber, food, pharmaceuticals, lithium and other industries, adapt to different stringent requirements and working conditions.
AB has accumulated more than 1,600 material characteristics data and more than 100 different purposes of transport application design experience in many experimental and industrial applications. According to the database, we can provide mature solutions for most common working conditions and materials.
Equipment manufacturing, parts inspection, assembly, machine inspection, no-load debugging, and on-load debugging are all carried out in the traceability, data, high efficiency and controllability of the AB factory. Each piece of equipment will be accompanied by inspection records, commissioning records, measured performance parameters, etc., and has a unique code and two-dimensional code to facilitate customer lifetime tracking service.
